Internal schedule register
Imported rows retain source, validity, time basis and verification. A historical pattern without dates is not a January departure. No seats or fares are inferred.
Import a partner timetable or verified schedule rows
Use a supplier timetable export or checked official schedule result. Each JSON row needs origin, destination, time_basis, source_url and evidence. Staff verification additionally requires both times and valid_from / valid_to. Never enter passwords or API keys here.
Connection planning check
Compare two dated times with explicit UTC offsets. This checks your chosen planning buffer only; airline minimum connection times, terminals, baggage, visas, overnight stays and through-ticket protection still need verification.
Partner reservation access
Official reservation portals above open the airline system in a separate tab. There is no CRM ticket issue, live fare search or PNR retrieval until an approved interface is integrated. Track the onboarding evidence here.
Reservation verification register
Record actions completed with the supplier against your CRM booking reference. Saving here does not send an airline booking, change or cancellation. Do not store passport or payment-card details.
