Plot release & applications

Release requires documented parcel boundaries, street access, approved designs and landholder authority. Only one standard/townhouse layout may be released on the shared block. A paid application is not a purchase deposit.

Initial applications

For each request, create the approved invoice in the shared Earthman payment administration using: business unit globex, currency usd, total 10,000 cents, source reference DAM-PLOT-[application ID] and the applicant's email. Confirm applicable tax and fee/refund terms. Attach its private invoice token below. Applicants can then pay and verify through their private status view.

Five-acre and larger requests need a separately surveyed allocation and approved offer. This screen does not reserve an unnumbered bulk parcel or collect a purchase deposit.
