FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | September 30, 2026
Issued by Paul Hay, Founding Member and Director

TORONTO, CANADA — Global Exchange R&E Corporation, operating through the Globex Resource and Energy business platform and its GlobeXpress™ logistics division, announces an invitation to miners, producers, importers, traders and offtakers to participate in its expanding commercial network linking Canada, Nigeria and Ghana, with Jamaica, Barbados and the wider Caribbean included in its operational service areas and offices pending in Sierra Leone and Conakry, Guinea.

Paul Hay, founding member and director, is spearheading the opportunity and regional collaboration. The initiative brings together commodity sourcing, sales and offtake relationships, procurement and logistics so participating businesses can connect their local production with buyers and suppliers across borders.

Globex Resource and Energy divisional companies enter into engineering, procurement, construction and management (EPCM) joint venture agreements with mining, agricultural and other production concessions, in collaboration with an offtake end buyer under an offtake agreement. This structure links project development and production with agreed purchasing arrangements, supported by the network’s commodity trading and logistics services.

The central invitation is to both sides of a transaction: producers seeking markets for minerals, raw materials and locally produced goods, and offtakers seeking dependable supply. Importers and traders are also invited to develop procurement and distribution relationships through the network.

Connecting local production with international purchases

Global Exchange’s proposed trade model links export sales with import procurement. Participating businesses can offer eligible minerals, raw materials and local products through the exchange, while sourcing equipment, inputs, finished goods and other agreed purchases from network suppliers.

Where the parties agree, proceeds or contractually recognized credits from completed sales can be applied toward approved purchase obligations. This is intended to help reconcile participating businesses’ trade accounts and support reciprocal commerce between producing and importing markets. Each arrangement depends on agreed valuation, product verification, delivery, settlement terms and applicable requirements; offsets are not automatic.

For example, a producer seeking imported equipment could arrange a verified commodity sale to an offtaker, then apply the resulting proceeds toward the equipment purchase under documented agreements. The same approach can connect locally manufactured or agricultural products with international purchasing needs where suitable buyers and suppliers are available.

Global Exchange also welcomes expressions of interest from investment partners seeking project profiles for offtaker-backed investment, gold and other mining equity operations, or industrial projects with proposed asset or contractual security. Interested partners may request project-specific information for due diligence and discussion of participation, ownership and security terms. Any investment remains subject to project assessment and definitive agreements.

Regional collaboration and featured logistics services

Global Exchange has registered regional offices in Ghana with Gahilian and in Nigeria through Globex Nigeria Limited, its regional operating exchange companies. Sierra Leone and Conakry, Guinea remain pending. The network connects these operations with Canada and welcomes producers, trade organizations and partners contributing supply, purchasing demand, distribution or logistics capacity.

GlobeXpress Logistics & Freight Forwarders, division of Global Exchange R&E Corporation, is a featured service of the Globex network. It provides international import-export logistics and freight coordination for commodity trading, linking producers, traders and offtakers with pickup, shipping, storage and destination delivery arrangements. Its operational service areas include Canada, Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica, Barbados and the wider Caribbean, subject to route availability and regional service coverage.

Its consumer apps support local communication, service requests and transportation across the operating network: U Drive for drivers and service providers, U Ride for passenger transportation, U Diner for restaurant ordering, U Deliver for local parcels, and Uship for shipping requests. Customers can communicate service needs and access booking, dispatch and tracking workflows. App services and international routes are available according to regional rollout, provider coverage and capacity.

The broader objective is to establish practical exchanges between nations, people, businesses and commerce: helping producers reach buyers, helping buyers access products, and creating opportunities for regional procurement and production alongside international trade.

Invitation to producers and offtakers

Interested producers and miners are invited to submit their country, company details, product description, available quantities, specifications and evidence of supply. Offtakers, importers and traders are invited to outline their purchasing requirements, intended destinations and proposed trading role. Businesses seeking linked export and import arrangements should identify both what they can supply and what they wish to procure.

Global Exchange will use these submissions to assess potential matches and develop transaction-specific discussions with the relevant parties. Participation and individual transactions remain subject to verification and definitive commercial agreements.
