Banking relationship
Global Exchange works with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as its corporate banking relationship. RBC publicly describes its international-trade capabilities as including bank guarantees, standby letters of credit, import/export letters of credit and documentary collections.
Important: A reference to RBC on this site describes Global Exchange's stated corporate banking relationship only. It does not mean RBC has approved, committed to, issued, confirmed or guaranteed any particular Global Exchange transaction, listing, instrument or guarantee. Every instrument remains subject to applicable bank underwriting, KYC/KYB, AML/sanctions screening, collateral, legal documentation and bank approval.
Transaction workflow
Commodity listing → buyer/trader request → KYC/KYB → commodity/assay verification → financial capability → SBLC/DLC/instrument review → transaction-security structure → SPA/offtake agreement → compliance and banking approval → shipment/delivery → settlement.
