Gonja: seven historical divisions within one kingdom

The seven are Wasipe (Daboya), Kpembe, Bole, Tuluwe/Tulwe, Kong, Kadia/Kandia and Kusawgu. They should not be represented as seven separate contemporary sovereign kingdoms. Sources distinguish these historical divisions from the five rotating gates: Wasipe, Kpembe, Bole, Tuluwe and Kusawgu. Present statutory councils form another administrative layer.

Begin with the Gonja Traditional Council and Savannah registrar for local protocol and confirmation of the seven divisional offices.
Send one directory request to the Ministry Chief Registrar and ask for coordinated introductions to all regional houses. Repeated referral routes are not separate mailboxes to contact 16 times.

Dear Chief Registrar,

Global Exchange R&E Corporation and the Royal Savannah and Diaspora Community Development Trust are preparing a formal invitation to discuss participation in the proposed Zion Trust Damongo City Estates development. The three main campaign sponsors are African Airways Travel & Tours, Earthman Herbals and GlobeXpress™ Logistics, working together under “Return, vacation and migration — Africa to the world and beyond.”

We respectfully request the current gazetted roll of traditional councils by region and the authorized palace/council correspondence details: official name and status; royal seat or palace; postal and physical delivery address; registrar or secretary’s office; institutional email and telephone; preferred protocol; and the date the details were last confirmed.

For Gonja, please distinguish the seven historical divisions — Wasipe, Kpembe, Bole, Tuluwe, Kong, Kadia/Kandia and Kusawgu — from the five rotating succession gates and the present council structure.
