Zion Trust Damongo City Estates invites public and private participation in a heritage-led city development
Proposed 10,000-acre city in Ghana brings country and diaspora heritage boroughs into a shared vision for homes, enterprise, culture and community development.
DAMONGO, GHANA — 15 October 2026. Global Exchange R&E Corporation, through the Royal Savannah and Diaspora Community Development Trust, invites individuals, families, diaspora communities, businesses, developers, institutions and public-sector organizations to submit expressions of interest in Zion Trust Damongo City Estates.
The three main campaign sponsors are African Airways Travel & Tours, Earthman Herbals and GlobeXpress™ Logistics. Their joint campaign brings together travel and vacation coordination, wellness and agricultural enterprise, and shipping and relocation-logistics enquiries. Its shared invitation is “Return, vacation and migration — Africa to the world and beyond.” The collaboration welcomes heritage return journeys and exchange from the world to Africa and from Africa to the wider world.
The proposed 10,000-acre city core outside Damongo town includes 25 country, city and community heritage borough themes. A revised country-labelled concept graph and proposed streets honouring historical, cultural and civil-rights figures are intended to make each area recognizable and connect the development with the heritage of its participating communities. New Kingston remains the shared central lake and park district.
The invitation welcomes prospective residents; residential and mixed-use developers; infrastructure and energy partners; retailers and hospitality operators; education and health providers; cultural organizations; NGOs; diaspora networks; and qualified public institutions. Participants may propose homes, businesses, community facilities, cultural and educational exchanges, technical services, development partnerships or separately documented agricultural participation.
Country ministries, diplomatic missions, cultural institutions and Pan-African organizations are invited to help identify appropriate community contacts, review heritage references and discuss practical participation. The country and community names are proposed cultural themes. No foreign-government, Indigenous Nation or institutional endorsement, sponsorship or naming consent is represented.
Applications and project proposals will be received for Trust and development-committee review. Initial expressions of interest are nonbinding. Surveyed land rights, planning, engineering, funding and definitive agreements will govern any eventual allocation and delivery. The invitation does not announce completed homes or infrastructure, reserve a parcel, or promise an investment return.
Interested participants should identify their organization or household, country or heritage area of interest, proposed role, indicative project scale, relevant experience and preferred discussion timetable.
Zion Trust Damongo City Estates is a proposed phased residential, commercial and community development in Ghana’s Savannah Region. The 10,000-acre city core is part of the sponsor-stated 31,360-acre estate planning envelope. The agricultural program and the separate 17-acre Damango Civic Center Square inside Damongo town have their own scopes. The country-naming initiative changes identification and outreach, without increasing acreage or assigning new building rights.

Pan-African, Garvey, church and diaspora organizations
Added 87 research records covering foundations, UNIA divisions, Ethiopian World Federation offices and chapter leads, repatriation groups, African and Caribbean church networks, community associations and diaspora development bodies. The register includes 49 published email addresses and 40 records with phone numbers. Thirty-six additional chapter or historical-site leads require confirmation.
All 87 records are saved in DMC outreach research. The 49 published email contacts have also been imported into the DMC contact system. Sources, chapter affiliations, missing contacts and verification holds are retained; no messages were sent or new mailing permissions asserted.
Canadian Caribbean, African and smaller city publications
The Canadian media section now contains 24 publication records, including Share, The Caribbean Camera, AfroToronto, ByBlacks, Black Ottawa Scene, Montreal Community Contact, Diversity Magazine, Africanad, Excellence Magazine and smaller Toronto neighbourhood titles. Twenty-two are new to the combined register; existing Vision and Afri-CAN records were enriched rather than duplicated.
Twenty-one published email contacts were imported into DMC; 15 records include phone numbers. Legacy titles, domain discrepancies, placeholder contact pages and editorial submission restrictions are marked. Advertising desks are separate. No messages were sent.
The outreach register now covers every B01–B25 heritage borough, all ten Caribbean territorial extensions in this invitation pack and nine additional Caribbean markets. It includes 79 media outlets, 62 campus and education-referral offices, three diaspora alumni networks and a separate advertising desk. Of 145 records, 125 contain published email addresses; 20 require email verification or use contact routes.
Caribbean campus outreach now accompanies the African operating-region contacts. Dedicated routes also cover Six Nations of the Grand River, Navajo Nation, Cherokee Nation, Toronto, New York, Miami and France. Shared regional desks and education referrals are identified explicitly.
All new contacts are unsent. Future-copy preferences are proposed; no automatic distribution is active. Institutions are asked to forward student announcements through approved channels. No community endorsement or confirmed vacancy is implied.
Ghana royal and traditional-authority communication list
Research register covering the seven historical Gonja divisions, Jakpa Palace and related offices, all 16 regional-house routes, and additional Ghanaian palaces and councils: 80 records with 16 published email leads of differing confidence. Missing, historical, referral-only and held contacts are identified. This is not yet a certified directory of every Ghanaian royal house.
The combined list contains the original 38 institutional targets plus 80 royal research records. Referral records and repeated routing addresses must be reviewed and deduplicated before sending. No outreach has been sent.
Institutional outreach register
Contacts researched 15 October 2026. “Published” means listed on the linked source, not mailbox-tested, consented to a newsletter or confirmed interested. Historical listings and general routing contacts are flagged. No messages have been sent. Blank emails are intentional: use the official contact route and obtain the correct desk. Letters address offices by role to avoid stale minister names.
