Zion Trust Estates · Media & Campus Communications Register

Damongo, Ghana · Research checked 15 October 2026

145 contact records: 79 media outlets, 62 campus and education-referral offices, three diaspora alumni networks and one separate advertising desk. 125 records have published email addresses; 20 have no verified email. Multiple sites and offices belong to the same institution. Education-service referrals are explicitly identified and are not counted as universities. Coverage spans every B01–B25 heritage borough and all 10 territorial extensions in the invitation pack, plus nine wider Caribbean markets. It does not claim every outlet, institution or student organization has been listed.

Media, campus and community outreach now follows the entire country and community plan: the Caribbean; Canada/Toronto; New York and Miami; France; Six Nations of the Grand River; Navajo Nation; Cherokee Nation; and Ghana. Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Guinea, UK and broader diaspora routes remain included. Torontoville is retained. Additional Caribbean outreach does not create new boroughs or imply participation or endorsement.

Campaign sponsors: African Airways Travel & Tours, Earthman Herbals and GlobeXpress™ Logistics. Return, vacation and migration — Africa to the world and beyond.

Distribution and routing

All entries are unsent. No automatic copying or email distribution has been activated. Publicly listed addresses have not been delivery-tested and do not establish agreement to join a recurring list. Ask the relevant desk to accept future releases and record its preferred topics and address. Route each release to relevant countries and interests; keep editorial pitches separate from advertising purchases.

• Media: heritage, diaspora, tourism, proposed development and community enterprise. Offer interviews, factual project summaries and local angles. Editorial coverage remains the outlet’s decision; request a separate quotation for paid promotion.
• Campus: forward through student affairs, student unions, careers, industrial placement, research offices and campus media. Ask each institution to circulate through its own channels. No personal student mailing list is requested.
• Employment: the project is proposed. Do not advertise confirmed vacancies, paid internships, admissions or scholarships without approved details. Future vacancy notices must identify employer, duties, pay, location, eligibility, closing date and application route.
• Shared desks and formats: deduplicate by email before distribution. NTR Caribbean Network serves several Dutch Caribbean territories through one desk; RCN education referrals also use a shared mailbox. Virgin Islands Source requests its form or inline text/Word, not PDF. Cherokee Phoenix advertising is a commercial enquiry only, separate from editorial submissions.
• Verification: archived and social listings require reconfirmation. Blank email fields mean no suitable email was verified; use the linked route to request the correct desk. An office referral is not a direct student-body contact.

Media cover note

Subject: Story invitation — African and diaspora heritage, enterprise and learning in proposed Damongo city development

Dear Editor / News Director,

We invite your newsroom to review the Zion Trust Estates proposal for a 10,000-acre city core at Damongo, Ghana, with country-named heritage blocks connecting African, Caribbean and diaspora communities. We welcome questions, interviews and coverage of the cultural, tourism, enterprise and educational ideas under discussion.

The campaign brings together African Airways Travel & Tours, Earthman Herbals and GlobeXpress™ Logistics under the message “Return, vacation and migration — Africa to the world and beyond.” We would value your independent assessment and welcome proposals for clearly identified sponsored content or commercial promotion through your separate advertising desk.

Please advise whether your desk would like relevant future releases and which address and topics you prefer. Project participation remains subject to verified rights, approvals and signed terms. This announcement does not confirm construction or recruitment.
