Read the complete development plan and submit investor, diaspora or official correspondence. The separate 17-acre Damongo City Civic Center inside town has its own land and costing schedule; it is not part of the out-of-town Zion Trust estate.

Opportunities across the estate

Residential and commercial

Townhouses, residential plots, estates, apartment complexes, main-street commercial frontage and shopping centres.

Infrastructure and services

Roads, drainage, water, sanitation and biogas, off-grid energy, communications, automotive services and facilities management.

Industry and agriculture

Contract farming, crop processing, industrial facilities and proposed aviation, logistics and storage projects.

Community and destinations

Hospitality, waterfront attractions, sports, recreation, education, healthcare and community facilities.

Expression of interest

Submit your development proposal.

Tell us who you represent, the project you propose, your preferred location and the role you want to take. Proposals enter the development-partner register for review and follow-up.

Land purchases, investments, financing, joint ventures and operating rights are documented separately. Submitting a proposal does not reserve land, approve a project or commit funds.

Apply for a specific plot or acreage

The separate land-request process carries the previously stated $100 initial application fee. This partner proposal form does not collect payments.
