Zion agent services and compensation schedule

Version ZGT-SERVICES-1.0 · 5 October 2026. This schedule supplements GEX-ARA-1.0 for Zion Gold Trust applications. Final appointment and transaction agreements determine authorized territory, services and compensation.

Services and territories

Applicants select lead generation, procurement, regional sales, international sales or retail-network development. Procurement regions and sales regions may differ. Selection requests an appointment; it does not confer authority, exclusivity or permission to collect funds or bind Global Exchange. The company verifies identity, qualifications, agreements, fee status and relevant local service requirements before activation.

Referral compensation

The Zion referral schedule replaces the earlier 1.5% referral rate with 1% for qualified lead generation on completed, settled, credited purchases plus 1% when sales fulfillment is verified. Global Exchange retains a separate 5% administration allocation. Each percentage uses the same approved transaction commissionable amount stated in the transaction record. The base is not automatically the gross gold purchase price.

App links, approved referral codes and businesses or jewelry stores enrolled by the agent establish an attribution trail, subject to review. A signup or lead alone does not earn a purchase commission. The lead and sales portions are credited once each; refunds and reversals are reconciled before release. For SKR ownership, fulfillment means verified allocation and ownership credit; physical merchandise requires the agreed delivery evidence.

Gold mandates and brokerage

The gold transaction mandate allocation of 1.5% seller-side and 1.5% buyer-side remains a separate contractual item, alongside separately agreed 3–5% agency brokerage fees. The final schedule identifies represented parties and applicable services, and prevents duplicate compensation for the same service. Application acceptance does not grant a mandate or authorize any fee collection.

Application review

The usual US$100 application fee is reviewed separately from appointment. Applicants confirm valid government identification, accept the representation agreement and this schedule, provide a typed signature and submit supporting records. DMC receives the application for collection and review. Submission, documents or fee payment do not activate an agent.

This is the controlled application and onboarding schedule; final agreements are completed for the approved appointment and jurisdiction.
