Meetings & Consultations
Zoom and Google Meet are the designated online meeting portals for contract consultations, project discussions and approved member/media-group meetings.
US$500 pre-payment
The initial consultation is a 30- or 60-minute meeting. This US$500 deposit forms part of the applicable US$10,000 consultation and EPCM project engagement, with a US$9,500 balance under the agreement; it is separate from Exchange trade registration. The pre-payment reserves the consultation; once payment is confirmed, the Globex team schedules the meeting and provides the selected Zoom or Google Meet link.

Zoom & Google Meet Groups
Approved internal members can be organized into recurring or scheduled media, project, financing and communications groups. Group meeting links are managed in the CRM/admin workspace and can use either Zoom or Google Meet.
The public site does not expose private member lists, contract documents or restricted meeting links.
