Savannah Development Projects — PPP: Public–Private Partnership
The Savannah Development Projects use a community participation partnership model: the private partner is Global Exchange R&E Corporation; the public partners are the participating members of the public; and the partnership is their participation in the development projects.
Royal Savannah and Diaspora Community Development Trust oversees project management and development review. Here, “public” refers to public participants; this description does not signify a government contracting partnership or government sponsorship.
Project information is open for free browsing. Joining or participating requires payment and confirmation of the one-time US$10 registration and participation fee, together with any applicable project approvals and participation terms.
Royal Savannah Diaspora Development Projects — registration and participation
You are welcome to browse and peruse project information free of charge. A one-time US$10 registration and participation fee is payable before you can join or participate in the Royal Savannah Diaspora Development Projects.
Registration requests remain pending until payment is received and confirmed. This fee is collected once per participant and is separate from any project-specific land, agricultural or development costs. Submitting an enquiry, expression of interest or application does not grant participation.
Pay or confirm the one-time US$10 registration
Purpose of the registration contribution: The one-time US$10 registration payment contributes toward system hosting, maintenance and administrative support.

Savannah Development · U-Access Tokens
Member-purchasable U-Access tokens are valued at CAD$0.50 each under the Universal Access Token System. Savannah development allocations use that same token system to support approved investment and development funding. Members can choose the public project they want to support and pledge tokens toward its creation, construction or improvement.

Transparency, accountability and transfer of value
The Savannah tokenized investment program is designed for 100% transparency and accountability of recorded program transactions, with traceable transfers of value between participating members, counterparties and entities within the business and financial network.
The intended account record will identify each verified contribution, token allocation, authorized transfer, project use, fee, distribution and reconciliation. Parties should be able to review their own statements, while authorized project and network administrators reconcile supporting records. Personal information and confidential business documentation remain access-controlled.
These are program design commitments. This registration portal currently records participation preferences; it does not yet provide a complete audited transaction ledger or execute network transfers. Investment or financial security rights, transfer eligibility and valuations depend on the applicable approved agreement and verification.
Property and home purchases: verified U-Access tokens can be applied at full face value, CAD$0.50 each, when accepted under the approved purchase agreement. International receipts, value holdings and investment accounts are maintained in US dollars, with currency conversion only when required. Canadian-dollar treatment applies in Canada where applicable. U-Access retains its CAD$0.50 denomination; USD-funded token allocations record the agreed USD/CAD valuation rate without requiring immediate conversion of cash holdings. Registration, title and transaction fees are separately itemized. View the city and housing cost summary.
Choose how to use your tokens
- Invest: allocate tokens to a documented project investment.
- Purchase: use tokens at their full CAD face value toward approved properties, homes, goods, services or development projects.
- Donate: contribute tokens toward an approved public or institutional development.
Investment offer terms: proposed net returns of 10–20% follow the selected project’s operating and payout schedule. The program’s standard proposed offer is a minimum 20% net return on the investment value, subject to the specific approved agreement. A 10% offer is a different project-specific schedule and must be identified as such.
The return period, eligible capital, net-cost deductions, payment dates and redemption terms must be stated in the project documentation. The established single-acre agricultural target is 20% per annum. A proposed or contractual rate is not proof that a return will be achieved; capital and returns depend on project performance and may be lost.
Token allocations are recorded at their equivalent dollar value: 200 U-Access tokens = CAD$100. This is the member’s allocation value, not the valuation or ownership of the entire project. International project and investment accounts retain USD holdings. Token allocations and non-USD obligations require a documented valuation rate when needed; quoting an equivalent value does not itself convert the underlying funds. Donations have no investment return; purchases do not automatically create an investment entitlement.
This portal records purchase interest and donation pledges. The token price is CAD$0.50. The Universal Access Token System is designated to monitor and manage verified member balances and project allocations. Checkout, member verification and balance-transfer integration must be connected before purchase or transfer. Project budgets and recipient instructions require approval. No tokens are issued or debited by this form.
