Buyer representative: John Skura, USA, identified as direct representative for Eastlight Metals. The named refinery and representative’s authority remain to be verified.
Eastlight seeks gold nuggets or doré from mine owners or traders with documented mine relationships. The stated minimum ongoing supply is 20 kg per month, with a mandatory 2–5 kg trial. Delivery is CIF to Europe or Dubai; the seller bears trial shipment and associated costs to the receiving airport. The buyer states that costs from the receiving airport to the refinery are borne by the refinery.
The stated process begins with the seller’s transparent full corporate offer (FCO), followed by due diligence, refinery approval and a draft contract. Trial delivery, smelting, assay and settlement follow contract execution. The representative states a 36-month term, a 2.5% Eastlight fee on the net purchase price per shipment, and settlement typically within one banking day; pricing, fees, settlement and all other terms require written confirmation. Visa support is stated to follow contract execution.
Documentation: Mine registration, applicable licences and permits, and evidence of the seller’s authority or mine relationship are requested. Additional compliance requirements may apply.
Mandate and document submission: All inquiries, offers and supporting documents are coordinated through Zion Gold Trust as mandate facilitator. Start a mandate request and identify the Eastlight gold buyer request. Supporting documents may be uploaded privately with an eligible acquisition application; for other submissions, contact the Zion trade desk for instructions. Zion coordinates communications with the parties.
Buyer-supplied terms and claims are unverified. Confirm the refinery’s identity, representative authority, licensing, chain of custody, insurance, assay, costs and payment terms independently before shipping gold or committing funds. This listing is an inquiry, not a confirmed purchase or endorsement.

Sierra Leone — BB-MINING / Kono gold project
Partner designation: Identified by Paul Hay as the Sierra Leone mining concession joint venture partner, with Ablaye Gaye and Brother KC as group contacts. Signed JV, concession, supply and offtake documentation is pending attachment and review.
Project scope, as proposed by the partner: Approximately 400 hectares in Kono District. Renewed satellite and AI interpretation would guide selection of a proposed initial 200-hectare licence area, followed by the relevant licensing, environmental, land access, field verification and alluvial development work. These areas and licensing assumptions are partner-provided and await documentary verification.
Current production reported by Paul Hay: approximately 22 grams per operating day. The partner separately proposes potential expansion toward 4–5 kilograms per month; this is a conditional development target, not current verified output or a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Supply and Trust connection: Intended supply route: Sierra Leone producer → Global Exchange supplier / offtaker network → Zion Gold Trust minerals brokerage and agreed Trust allocation. Production and proceeds are intended to support daily growth and token-related transactions under the eventual agreements. Reported output, prospective supply and gold already sold to offtakers are not counted as available Trust backing. Only gold with verified title, assay, custody and an unencumbered allocation may be credited to the relevant reserve, with receipts and reconciliation preventing duplicate allocation.
Partner’s proposed initial bridge financing — USD
GSES environmental and mining regulatory process: US$427,500, including the proposed US$100,000 surface rent allocation.
Enoh & Partners legal, land access and community support: US$11,220.
KOAYAM six-month technical, exploration and alluvial development programme: US$650,000.
Mobilisation and other operational activities: US$211,280.
Total requested: US$1,300,000. Proposed as a strategic project advance / bridge toward the future JV, potentially credited against Global Exchange’s future contribution, subject to definitive agreement. This listing records the proposal and does not approve financing, confirm repayment or adopt the partner’s gold-price comparison.
Documents pending: JV agreement; concession and licence records; GSES quotation; Enoh & Partners proposal; KOAYAM programme; technical maps; dated production and assay records; supply / offtake terms; custody and allocation records.
Equipment funding, equity and offtake participation
Zion Gold Trust / Global Exchange is seeking $1,000,000 in equipment funding, with a proposed 10% equity stake in the designated concession venture and offtake purchase benefits. The division covers Sierra Leone and Ghana; the particular concession, project entity, currency and country allocation are specified in each agreement.
Production and delivery capacity: Stated production and deliverable capacity: 100 kilograms of gold per month per mine, subject to verification of each mine’s production records, assay and delivery commitments. This is a per-mine capacity figure; actual offtake allocations and shipment schedules are agreed for each mine and buyer.
Compensation through purchases: the proposed arrangement provides a 17% total discount below the agreed reference price for 36 months or the agreed financing term. It does not provide scheduled repayment of the funding principal in cash or gold.
Offtake margin: the proposed 7% net offtaker margin is included within the 17% total discount, not added to it. Purchase price is 83% of the agreed benchmark before separately agreed charges. The requested “LME prices” reference must be resolved to a specific published benchmark applicable to the metal, with quotation date and pricing terms stated in the contract. Net margin depends on the agreed cost allocation.
Duration: the proposed funding term is 1–3 years, renewable by agreement; the proposed discount period is 36 months or the agreed funding term. The overall concession and offtake contract may run up to five years.
Capital and return terms: the final agreement documents the funding consideration for equity and offtake rights, the absence of scheduled principal repayment, and the rights and obligations at expiry, termination or default. Discount benefits depend on actual eligible purchases; they are not a fixed annual yield or automatic compounded return. Any additional annual return or compounding provision remains to be defined and agreed. Equity rights, purchase volumes, availability, security and obligations are documented separately.
These indicative terms invite discussion and document review; they do not accept funds or issue shares. Concession funding is separate from SKR gold ownership, which pays no interest or dividends. The final agreements establish concession rights, the equity issuer, investor eligibility and the agreed funding structure.
Zion Gold Trust is the Gold Development Division of Global Exchange R&E Corporation, covering gold, precious metals, gems, stones and mining. It has its own public identity, product presentation and category-specific inquiry route within the Global Exchange network.
Divisional inquiries identify the product area, buyer or supplier role and transaction requirements, so each matter can be handled with its own quotation and supporting documentation.
The transaction path
Define the requirement. Product, quantity, buyer or supplier role and destination.
Review the evidence. Ownership, source, assay or grading and availability.
Agree the terms. Contracting entity, price, charges, settlement and delivery.
Confirm before settlement. Allocation and release requirements appropriate to the product.
Product availability and appointed counterparties are confirmed for each transaction. The proposed gold ownership programme remains subject to its published verification and launch conditions.
New opening campaign · CAD $1 token denomination
One kilogram of 97% gold doré for Zion Gold Trust.
Paul Hay has declared one kilogram of gold doré at 97% purity designated to the trust: 970 grams of fine gold. Commitments begin at CAD $100, with whole-token increments. Initial tokens are denominated at CAD $1, converted into a fixed fine-gold quantity at the recorded launch valuation. Their later CAD value follows gold. The available token count is calculated from the fine-gold reserve and conversion price; one kilogram does not mean 1,000 tokens.
Custody, assay and SKR evidence must be verified before purchases and issuance. Each completed verified purchase receives a unique allocation receipt linked to the custody SKR and its exact fine-gold entitlement. Regional currency quotes disclose a separate 10% exchange charge. Accumulated Zion tokens and UXS / U Access card value may be presented for gold redemption and physical delivery above one fine troy ounce, subject to custody and balance reconciliation, mandate and accepted delivery charges. The reserves remain separately allocated. This campaign excludes the U Access reserve and proposed one-ton supplier allocation.
No interest or dividends. Gold held under the Zion Gold Trust SKR ownership and trust programme pays no interest or dividends. Its value rises or falls with the value of gold. Redemption or encashment is valued using the applicable gold price at that time; net proceeds reflect the verified fine gold quantity, agreed transaction charges and applicable taxes. Any financial gain or loss depends on the gold value at encashment compared with the purchase cost. The final agreement governs the redemption procedure and availability.
Zion Gold Trust facilitates Global Exchange’s gold, precious metals, diamonds, rubies and gemstone mandate requests. Gold bullion mandates cover 1–1,000 kg, subject to supplier confirmation and document review.
Quotation basis: confirmed benchmark product value + 7% combined tax-and-delivery allowance. Gold uses the agreed bullion reference, normally LBMA where properly licensed; applicable industrial metals use the agreed LME reference. Actual tax and delivery charges are itemized and reconciled, without charging the same cost twice. This is not a universal statutory tax rate.
Gemstones and jewellery are quoted by product specification. No unconditional stock availability or executable live benchmark price is represented.
Applications open · sponsor-declared program
12-month rotating fractional gold acquisition.
Proposed contracting structure: Global Exchange R&E Corporation, care of Zion Gold Trust as designated buyer and mandate facilitator. New or revised offtake and purchase agreements will identify the parties, capacities and signing authority accordingly; this statement does not amend existing executed documents.
Zion Gold Trust announces a concession-linked program drawing on sponsor-reported Ghana and Sierra Leone supply commitments: an opening commitment of 1 kg from Ghana and 1 kg from Sierra Leone — 2 kg combined. The proposed 30-day revolving program may expand toward 10 kg and then up to 100 kg, conditional on pre-sales, funded acquisition and confirmed additional supplier allocations. These are pooled program quantities, not a one-kilogram minimum for each participant.
Qualified members may request fractional quantities against a proposed open acquisition account valid for 12 months after approval. A 30-day rotation is a supply-review schedule. Tokenization capacity does not create additional physical gold or confirm a supplier commitment. No automatic payment collection, fixed return or repeated sale of the same allocated gold is authorized.
Each accepted fractional acquisition requires its own recorded quantity, purity-adjusted entitlement, agreed price, source batch, allocation and custody or delivery reference. Mine commitments, gold received into custody and gold already allocated to a customer are reconciled separately; a replenishment is a new documented batch.
Evidence status: the two opening commitments, source allocation schedules and custody status require verification. The 10 kg and 100 kg expansion quantities are conditional targets, not verified stock or guaranteed monthly supply. The Ghana framework has been reviewed; its separate purchase and allocation schedules are required. The Sierra Leone monthly supply agreement and further agreements remain to be compiled and reviewed. Gold held in trust is identified only against verified custody evidence.
Start with your requirement.
Send a buyer, supplier or collection inquiry directly from the divisional page.
An inquiry creates no purchase obligation, gold allocation or token issuance. The final agreement identifies the seller, trustee or custodian where relevant, and the legal contracting entity.
Zion Trust authorized agent commissions
The revised referral schedule is 1% for qualified lead generation, 1% for verified sales delivery, and 5% for Global Exchange administration, each calculated on the same approved transaction commissionable amount. This replaces the earlier 1.5% Zion Trust referral rate.
Authorized agents receive the lead portion on completed, settled purchases credited to their app leads, referral links, or approved businesses and jewelry stores they enrolled to promote and carry Zion Trust merchandising coins. The sales portion is added when fulfillment is verified. For SKR holdings, fulfillment means verified ownership allocation and credit to the purchaser; physical merchandise requires its agreed delivery evidence.
A lead or signup alone earns no purchase commission. The ledger records the lead portion once and adds the sales portion once. Refunds, reversals and duplicate attribution must be reconciled before release. The 5% administration allocation belongs to Global Exchange and is separate from agent earnings.
Example using 1,000 in approved commissionables: lead generation 10, delivered sales 10, Global Exchange administration 50; total 70 in the same currency when both earning conditions are satisfied. The agreement specifies what is commissionable; the rates are not automatically applied to the gross gold or merchandise price.
The gold transaction mandate commission of 1.5% seller-side and 1.5% buyer-side, and separately agreed 3–5% agency brokerage fees, remain distinct contractual items. The final transaction schedule must identify which charges and services apply and prevent duplicate compensation for the same service.
