Zion Gold Trust — approved lion emblem

Zion Gold Trust

The opening one-kilogram campaign introduces CAD $1 gold-linked tokens with purchase allocation receipts and SKR references. Weight-denominated Nugget and Coin proposals remain separate displays; all holdings must reconcile to verified gold without duplicating claims.

New opening campaign · CAD $1 token denomination

One kilogram of 97% gold doré for Zion Gold Trust.

Paul Hay has declared one kilogram of gold doré at 97% purity designated to the trust: 970 grams of fine gold. Commitments begin at CAD $100, with whole-token increments. Initial tokens are denominated at CAD $1, converted into a fixed fine-gold quantity at the recorded launch valuation. Their later CAD value follows gold. The available token count is calculated from the fine-gold reserve and conversion price; one kilogram does not mean 1,000 tokens.

Custody, assay and SKR evidence must be verified before purchases and issuance. Each completed verified purchase receives a unique allocation receipt linked to the custody SKR and its exact fine-gold entitlement. Regional currency quotes disclose a separate 10% exchange charge. Accumulated Zion tokens and UXS / U Access card value may be presented for gold redemption and physical delivery above one fine troy ounce, subject to custody and balance reconciliation, mandate and accepted delivery charges. The reserves remain separately allocated. This campaign excludes the U Access reserve and proposed one-ton supplier allocation.

Separate proposed supplier allocation: one metric ton, subject to verification; excluded from the opening one-kilogram campaign.
The supplier arrangement is described as “Zion Coin Cairo Global Exchange.” The legal supplier, Cairo reference, SKR, assay and completed title transfer remain to be confirmed. This supplier stock is not issued inventory. Inquiries create no gold ownership.

Membership and NFT-SKR denominations

Zion Trust Investment Group membership starts with one gram of ownership, following verified allocation and completed purchase and membership terms. Holdings may accumulate over multiple settled purchases. Consumers may purchase and retain 1 kg or more in a single SKR holdings transaction. One Block Token is a denomination, not a transaction cap. All purchases remain subject to verified gold availability and agreed terms.

A mandate is required to complete physical gold release and delivery or cash-out / encashment, regardless of quantity. Buying and retaining SKR holdings is separate from these release transactions; quantity alone does not trigger this mandate rule. KB, MG and GB are program denomination codes, not computing units. All denominations describe the same fine gold entitlement and cannot duplicate claims on backing. The initial proposed one-metric-ton allocation equals one MG Mega-block; a GB Giga-Block requires additional verified gold.

The weight-denominated SKR programme minimum is one gram of fine gold. The new CAD $1 opening-campaign token uses its own fixed fine-gold fraction and is available through the linked campaign portal; these displays must not duplicate allocations. Add purchases to your fine gold balance over time. Each settled purchase must be linked to verified gold allocation; an inquiry or calculator result does not create a holding.

Working nameFine gold entitlement
Nugget1 gram of fine gold recorded by an NFT-SKR Token
Coin1 troy ounce = 31.1034768 grams of fine gold recorded by an NFT-SKR Token
Block Token1 kg = 1,000 grams; no 1 kg transaction cap
KB Block100 kg = 100,000 grams
MG Mega-block1,000 kg = 1 metric ton = 1,000,000 grams
GB Giga-Block10,000 kg = 10 metric tons = 10,000,000 grams

The proposed digital ownership records are named NFT-SKR Tokens. Each record identifies its denomination, fine gold weight, unique serial and verified SKR allocation reference. A Nugget records one gram; a Coin records one troy ounce. These weights describe gold entitlement, not fractional ownership of an indivisible NFT. A Block Token records 1 kg; KB, MG and GB record the larger weights in the table. Gold assigned to one active token cannot back another active token. Blockchain minting, network and contract details remain pending implementation; the name alone does not establish custody or title.

31 gram Nuggets equal 31 grams, which is 0.1034768 gram short of one troy ounce. A Coin is exactly 31.1034768 grams; changing the display denomination does not change the gold owned. Physical minted merchandise retains its published sizes and separate delivery terms.

How your interest is established

The supplier’s executed offtake and transfer agreements establish Global Exchange’s procurement ownership. The trust deed, custodian acknowledgment and unit purchase agreement then establish the buyer’s beneficial interest. An SKR supports custody evidence; it does not by itself prove title or unrestricted transfer rights.

After verification and settlement, a unique unit serial and certificate link the buyer’s fine gold entitlement to the eligible SKR lot. A collectible token is not a promise of returns, resale liquidity or an exchange listing.

Read the investment package

The earlier package uses a one-ounce minimum. That minimum and its one-ounce unit definitions are superseded by the one-gram terms on this page. Block Token, KB, MG and GB denominations are defined on this page.

Initial allocation

MeasureIf one ton is fine gold
Fine gold1,000,000 grams
Troy ounces32,150.7465686
One-gram Nuggets1,000,000 maximum before prior claims or reserves
Alternative Coin denomination32,150 whole Coins plus 23.22188 grams residual; same allocation, not additional backing

If one ton is gross gold weight, its independently confirmed assay determines the fine gold entitlement. Commitments are not issued inventory.

Gold value and encashment

No interest or dividends. Gold held under the Zion Gold Trust SKR ownership and trust programme pays no interest or dividends. Its value rises or falls with the value of gold. Redemption or encashment is valued using the applicable gold price at that time; net proceeds reflect the verified fine gold quantity, agreed transaction charges and applicable taxes. Any financial gain or loss depends on the gold value at encashment compared with the purchase cost. The final agreement governs the redemption procedure and availability.

Physical gold export delivery charges

When you request physical gold release and export delivery, the transaction schedule is a combined 7% for export tax or duty and delivery, plus 3% brokerage: 10% total on the same agreed calculation base.

Your quote will specify the calculation base, statutory and service components, payment timing and any additional costs. This combined charge is a contractual schedule, not a universal statutory export-duty rate.

Destination import taxes, duties and customs clearance charges are payable by the customer at customs or the point of receiving and are additional to the export-delivery charges. Cash redemption without physical export follows its separately agreed sale terms.

Investor tax responsibility. Investors are responsible for their own applicable income, capital gains and other personal taxes arising from holdings, distributions, redemption or later disposal, including after delivery. Tax timing depends on the investor’s residence, the source jurisdiction, product and applicable law; it is not necessarily deferred until funds are returned. Zion Gold Trust and the supplier retain any withholding, remittance, reporting or entity tax duties imposed on them by law.

Redemption and ongoing charges

Physical delivery availability for gram holdings and Coins, fabrication, shipping, custody and sale fees must be stated before payment. Physical redemption retires the corresponding token entitlement. Cash redemption depends on an accepted sale or documented facility; gold prices and net proceeds can decrease.

The physical export-delivery schedule above applies when agreed in your quote. Any ongoing custody charges and separate cash redemption fees must also be specified before payment. Customer allocated gold remains separate from corporate trading and project funding.

Request a verified quote

SKR holdings purchases may exceed 1 kg. Physical delivery or cash-out requires a mandate before completion, regardless of quantity. Your inquiry starts document review. It does not reserve gold, collect payment or issue a token.

A mandate is required to complete physical delivery or cash-out, regardless of quantity. You may inquire before providing it.

Zion Trust authorized agent commissions

The revised referral schedule is 1% for qualified lead generation, 1% for verified sales delivery, and 5% for Global Exchange administration, each calculated on the same approved transaction commissionable amount. This replaces the earlier 1.5% Zion Trust referral rate.

Authorized agents receive the lead portion on completed, settled purchases credited to their app leads, referral links, or approved businesses and jewelry stores they enrolled to promote and carry Zion Trust merchandising coins. The sales portion is added when fulfillment is verified. For SKR holdings, fulfillment means verified ownership allocation and credit to the purchaser; physical merchandise requires its agreed delivery evidence.

A lead or signup alone earns no purchase commission. The ledger records the lead portion once and adds the sales portion once. Refunds, reversals and duplicate attribution must be reconciled before release. The 5% administration allocation belongs to Global Exchange and is separate from agent earnings.

Example using 1,000 in approved commissionables: lead generation 10, delivered sales 10, Global Exchange administration 50; total 70 in the same currency when both earning conditions are satisfied. The agreement specifies what is commissionable; the rates are not automatically applied to the gross gold or merchandise price.

The gold transaction mandate commission of 1.5% seller-side and 1.5% buyer-side, and separately agreed 3–5% agency brokerage fees, remain distinct contractual items. The final transaction schedule must identify which charges and services apply and prevent duplicate compensation for the same service.
