The Savannah diaspora invitation, membership/newsletter intake, agricultural participation, contract-farming applications, numbered plot-request portal and developer proposal channels are available. The 10,000-acre city concept has a phased costing summary and forms part of the project-reported 31,360-acre estate planning envelope.
Construction, surveyed parcel release, token purchase/transfer settlement and infrastructure commissioning retain their separate approvals and implementation milestones. This program status does not declare the proposed city built or its physical facilities operational.
