The proposed joint venture brings together African Airways as the international marketing, communications and asset-holding partner, and ACE Air Charter Express as the Ghana operating partner. Corporate identity, operating certification, traffic rights, aircraft availability and final joint-venture agreements require confirmation before service launch.
The commercial model combines international passenger services, Air Cruise vacation packages, regional connections, eligible cargo and executive group charter. Accra and Jamaica are proposed connecting hubs, with feeder arrangements and supplier participation subject to agreements.

Investment review
Aircraft acquisition financing is separate from the service and operating-cost budget. The latest pro forma, aircraft sourcing, working-capital requirements and proposed loan terms must be reconciled for each financing option. Operating-service cost benchmarks are not a second aircraft purchase.
Strategic equity, asset finance and operating-capital discussions are reviewed according to the applicable project documents. No aircraft, funding or dividend entitlement is allocated by this overview.
