A phased proposal for community agriculture, estates, civic infrastructure and a future aviation maintenance and training campus.

The Savannah Damongo proposal brings together community participation, land development, agriculture and infrastructure planning. Each workstream requires its own documented scope, land rights, costing, approvals and financing review; investment in one phase does not automatically fund every proposed component.

Phased strip and airport planning, aircraft maintenance facilities and technical training to support proposed fleet growth.
Review MRO planning proposalThe current airline planning approach allows initial site, regional setup and private-jet strip preparation work in year one. MRO development is targeted for year two as the fleet expands. Runway suitability, hangar specifications, certification, utilities, environmental work and construction costs remain subject to technical and financial assessment.
The MRO and airport are development proposals; the images and planning layouts do not establish a completed airport or an authorized maintenance organization.
